Self development piece for my FMP
Story board
This drawing is a image taken from my story board , which was pieced together to make 'Phallus Fleuris' ( this video is tagged below ). This work was based on taboo, old romantic erotic films such as Jene Genets 'Un chant de amour' and Kenneth Angers 'Rabbit moon'.

My Phallus
For my FMP titled 'The blooming Phallus'
The body of work this piece refers to is a piece based on the theory witches thieved phalluses and kept them as pets and house decor , I updated the idea of the phallus by making one from scratch and incorporating a modern gaze to it , as I am a female practising witch.

Phallus Tree

Here is my hand made phallus tree which is a re creation of the phallus tree in Italy otherwise known as 'the fertility tree'.

Experimenting with ludrador and tyvke
Experiments
Here is one of my first attempts at using ludrador and tyvke, which was a challenge as manipulating these materials can be tough.
This was really great on developing my ideas for Phallus Fleuris.
Final outcomes
Final outcomes and a synopsis of how I got here.
Burnt toast
One of my early artist pieces 2020
'Burnt toast'- these bodies of work found on my page on the Gunk Website show my first experiment with the idea of fine art , pushing outside of the make up boundaries and incorporating film, acting and prop making as well as costume and wig trials and errors. This is the beginning into what would become a love for performance pieces. This piece was inspired by William Burroughs who would muddle up sentences and create jumbled sentences that would end up being coherant, doing this I made a sentence 'her hair crust like burnt toast' and from this I visulised a look and so made it a reality. and performance.
Behind the scene
Phallus Fleuris 2023
Phallus Fleuris incorporates many artistic styles and inspirations from John Maybury to the' Arts and ideas' podcast on the BBC. This piece is intentionally fun, uncomfortable and challenges convention. Where the beginning seems to be at the end and the story remains untold and unneeded. 'Phallus Fleuris' tells the tale of a witch whom has stolen a phallus and then keeps it as a house pet , we see her gardening it and taking care of it. This film takes the audience on a journey that charts the witches life. Fractured throughout this film we see a male in discomfort and sadness this shows the feelings this male would have if he lost his phallus The choreography is designed to express the male anger and upset.
Are you aroused yet?
A alternative film. 2022
This film short explores the idea of a female only arousal museum where whom ever enters was stimulated by sound, movement and smell as opposed to visuals. This was an outcome from a body of work I made called 'sex, kinks and fetishes' where I explored all these subjects rooting from Barbarella to Amstedams sex revolution.
